The roasting of the coffee is a vital phase in the process. We source the highest quality of beans from around the world and roast them carefully at our Nicosia premises. Roasting is what gives coffee flavour, and the quality of the flavour is in the skill of the roaster. Our head roaster oversees the process from sourcing the beans to creating specific roasting profiles tailored to ensure a perfect cup of coffee for every batch.
