The term Özerlat or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website, Ozerlat UK Limited, whose company registration number is 08552159 and place of registration is England & Wales. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.


We always use the exact address details you enter, so make sure to check you’ve given us the correct information before you place your order. If you’re unsure, try the Post Office address finder, as we can’t accept liability for late or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Özerlat reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

The prices payable for products are charged according to those published on the site on the day of purchase. You will be required to pay extra for delivery. Our delivery charges are set out during the order process.

Özerlat reserves the right to alter prices at any time.

Perishable Items

We undertake to dispatch products with expiry dates at least two months after the date of dispatch and do not consider products as eligible for refund on the grounds of short dated if we have fulfilled our promise.

Accessories under warranty

We sell accessories which might benefit from a manufacturer’s warranty. If you wish to claim on such warranty, it is your responsibility to do so directly with the manufacturer.


We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days (Monday-Friday) of receiving them. During peak mail order periods (for instance, Christmas or other promotional activities), this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible.

Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number via email confirmation. Please quote this order number in any communication with us.

UK Deliveries:

Our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail, Whistl or DPD. The delivery usually takes 2-4 working days (Monday-Friday), starting from the first working day following the dispatch date.

During peak times like Christmas and New Year’s, the delivery time may be extended further due to courier backlog and delays.

Our products are of high quality; however, we have no control over the conditions of your order in transit, so cannot accept responsibility for damaged products.

International Deliveries:

Our International orders are sent by Royal Mail International or UPS. The delivery time may take up to 10 working days and unfortunately, we can’t guarantee delivery on specific dates.

It’s possible that Customs in other countries may add additional duties or charges, which we have no control over. The charges would be applied in the receiving country, so we cannot predict or influence what they may be. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges should they arise. We do our best to keep up with what’s happening in countries we deliver to, and we reserve the right to decline an order if we think it will be delivered unsafely, or if we think charges may be imposed.

Cancelling or changing your order

If you wish to cancel your order, provided it has not already been dispatched, we will simply refund your money. It is important that you notify us as quickly as possible – please email orders@ozerlat.co.uk. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Similarly, if you wish to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Again, this will only be possible if your order has not already been dispatched.

Özerlat is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If however you wish to return items, you can do so within 7 days after you receive the goods.

You will only receive a refund for products that have not been opened and are in a sellable condition. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

If goods are faulty, or if you receive a product that you did not order, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
