Instructions for brewing:
Grind the coffee beans. Your coffee grounds should be rough and coarse, but still evenly-sized, without a lot of fine grit.
Heat the water to boiling, then cool for 1 minute.
Brewing with Chemex: Place cone shaped filter paper on top of the brewer. Rinse out the filter with hot water. Pour out the rinsing water. Add ground coffee (you need 5 tbsp for 2 mugs of coffee) and approximately 100ml of hot water pouring over the filter slowly in circles until all grounds are wet. You will see the coffee forming bubbles. Let it brew for 1 minute and 30 second until the bloom is finished – this is where the coffee is being saturated. Now you can add 600ml of more water, again pouring in circles. once the desired amount of coffee is brewed let it dry down. Go ahead and serve your freshly brewed coffee. Enjoy!
Brewing with French press: Remove plunger along with the mesh filter. Add the required amount of coarse-ground coffee (you will need 2 tsp freshly grounded coffee beans for each cup) and water to the jar and stir gently with a wooden utensil. Once the water is poured wait for 3-4 minutes for the coffee to brew well. Once the coffee is mixed evenly and given the required time to be brewed, place the top lid and press the plunger slowly. Make sure the plunger is fully down. For the best taste, serve immediately. Enjoy!
