Description
Sesame seeds find their ultimate expression in halva, the special sweet treat made from tahini. Ours is produced by artisan confectioners in Istanbul, who gently stone grind the seeds to bring out their nutty flavour, then stir them with sugar and vanilla to create a soft paste. The halva is hand-finished with dried rose petals to add an eye-catching contrast.
The Tahini Halva comes packaged in 300g wooden box.
Ingredients: Sesame tahini (56%), sugar, Vanilla Flavouring (0.1%), dried rose petals, soapwort extract, acidity regulator (citric acid), emulsifier: vegetable mono- and diglyserides of fatty acids.
Nutrition information: Typical values per 100g: Energy 594kcal/2487kJ, Fat 41.3g (of which saturates 0g), Carbohydrates 41.9g (of which sugars 29.3g), Protein 13.8g, Salt <0.01g.
Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Once opened, consume within 1 month.
